I’m pleased to announce that I’ve received the endorsement of the Hellgate Elementary Education Association (HEEA) in my campaign for the Hellgate Elementary School District #4 Board of Trustees election.
The HEAA is the union that represents certified staff at Hellgate Elementary.
The endorsement of the Hellgate Elementary Education Association is deeply meaningful to me — both as a candidate and as a future school board member — because it reflects the trust and confidence of the educators who are on the front lines every day, serving our students.
Teachers and support staff are the heart of our school district. They know what students need to succeed, and they experience firsthand the impacts of the board’s decisions. Earning HEEA’s endorsement affirms that educators believe I am someone who will listen, collaborate, and lead with integrity. It shows that I share their values:
- a commitment to high-quality public education,
- respect for professional expertise, and
- support for fair and transparent processes.
If elected, I want to work with the HEEA to strengthen our district — to retain great teachers, ensure safe and supportive learning environments, and advocate for the funding and policies our schools need. This endorsement signals a shared commitment to partnership, mutual respect, and doing what’s best for kids.
The election will occur on May 6, 2025 and will be held by mailed ballot to registered voters in the Hellgate Elementary School District. More voter information is available here.
